House Washing Questions
What kind of power washing method do you use on homes?
We have a very thorough soft washing method. Our process starts with moving all movable plants and items possibly affected by our cleaner. Then, we do a light pre-rinse of all plants surrounding your home followed by a coating of our anti-microbial moldicide cleaner blend with wax on all sides of the home. After letting the cleaner activate, your entire home will be rinsed thoroughly, leaving you with a beautiful, clean home with a like-new luster.
How often should we have our home professionally power washed?
A standard recommendation is to have your home professionally power washed once every two years. However, some homes are more susceptible to mold and mildew growth than others. If that’s the case, we recommend that you have your home washed annually.
Can you remove the black streaks and oxidation from my aluminum surfaces?
Unfortunately, if these streaks and oxidation spots are on your aluminum siding or gutters, we are unable to remove them as a result of these types of marks becoming semi-permanent on your home due to those Mid-Atlantic high temperatures and oxidation.
How will my plants be affected?
Despite our heavy duty cleaners, we take additional measures to protect your plants.
Deck and Fence Questions
Does powerwashing my deck or fence remove stain or paint?
In most cases, no. However, depending on the age and condition of the stain or paint it could lighten the stain or flake off some paint when power washed. We take every step to preserve any stain or paint you have.
How often should we have our deck or fence professionally power washed?
We also recommend having your deck or fence professionally power washed every two years to prevent damage and aging to the wood. Decks and fences that go unwashed become gray and covered with green mold, causing the wood to become weak resulting in rotting and cracking and eventually requiring replacement.
Can you remove the old stain or paint from my deck or fence?
Yes, we can remove old faded/chipped stain or paint. However it is time- and material-intensive. Call today for more details on this service.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Do I need to be present to pay once the work is completed?
No, you do not need to be present to pay. All payments can be mailed to our office or called in over the phone after the work has been completed. However, many of our customers prefer to be present to pay so that they can avoid postage fees for mailing in a payment or an additional 3% transaction fee for calling in a payment.
